Studio Etiquette

We want everyone to enjoy their experience in our studio, and we do our best to create a warm, welcoming, and safe space.  With that in mind, please be mindful of the following details…

Please silence your cell phones before entering the studio.   Should you need to take a call during your class or session, please step out into the vestibule so as not to disturb other participants.

Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio.  It helps to keep the studio clean for those taking class and moving about the studio barefoot. If you are taking a CoreAlign® or Kettlebell class, please bring a pair of studio shoes for the class that you can change into.  Thank you!

Please be mindful that your noise level will not disturb sessions already in progress.  Focus is an important component of body mind conditioning, and we ask that you please respect the work of other clients. Noise tends to carry in our space, so please take private conversations outside of the studio.  

Please refrain from wearing heavy perfume, fragrances, and cologne.  In addition to many clients having allergies and sensitivities, heavy lotions can make our already unstable equipment more of a hazard by making things slippery, as well as wearing down our upholstery more quickly.  Please refrain from using lotion prior to coming into the studio.

We kindly ask that you use the provided disinfectant and towels to clean the mats and equipment after your session.

Late Arrival Policy

Due to safety issues, if you are more than 10 minutes late to a class, you will not be permitted to join the class, and it will count as a late cancel.  If you are scheduled for a private, we are happy to teach you until the end of your regularly scheduled time.  We appreciate your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our guests and staff we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is in place to minimize disruption to all clients and as a courtesy to our trainers who are compensated on a per client basis. Any appointments missed or cancelled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged the full price for that session. This applies to all classes and appointments, and includes late arrivals.
